Climate changes may cause serious problems.
We answer them with energetic efficiency.

Heating, Cooling, Movement : energy is at the centre of our way of living. The various problems, the environmental and climate changes urge us to think about how do we use energy in our everyday life.
The Kyoto protocol and the several national and European initiatives define a precise framework with the aim of reducing significantly and substantially the CO2 emissions. If we want to guarantee a future to younger generations, we have to act today.

New energetic source: saving and energetic efficiency

Heating and  buildings are one of the factors affecting the energetic balance of our society being therefore the most important aspects on which we have to concentrate our efforts to reduce the emissions of  greenhouses gases.
The energetic analysis of the Italian building park points out an excessive waste and wide margins to improve the efficiency of a field which is responsible of the 50% of the total consumption.

The challenge...

Not everybody knows that the energy and petrol consumption in Europe is due to the winter heating and to the summer air- conditioning ; thus, the European union aims at the energetic savings in building.

The Directive No. 2002/91/CE of 16th December 2002 about the Energy performance of Buildings is a very important directive since it introduces the ENERGETIC CERTIFICATION of buildings, as a document of transparency for the consumer at the moment of the purchase of his/her own house.
The Energetic Certification allows you to evaluate every single immovable as to the offered energetic saving, a parameter of economic and environmental comfort.
The European Directive 2002/91/CE and the national Laws 10/91 (Law on the energetic efficiency), as well as the Legislative decree 311/2006 represent a real challenge for the transformation of the Italian buildings field towards a better energetic efficiency, the use of renewable energy and the reduction of CO2 emissions. In Italy, the energetic certification comes out in a reality in which houses and buildings are projected and built with inadequate isolating systems.
A not isolated building consumes on average about 20-25 liters/m2 of gas oil a year, with serious economic and environmental consequences on families; while a well-isolated building consumes about 3-5 liter/m2 of gas oil, ensuring both comfort and saving.
