The challenge... The Directive No. 2002/91/CE of 16th December 2002 about the Energy performance of Buildings is a very important directive since it introduces the ENERGETIC CERTIFICATION of buildings, as a document of transparency for the consumer at the moment of the purchase of his/her own house. The Energetic Certification allows you to evaluate every single immovable as to the offered energetic saving, a parameter of economic and environmental comfort. The European Directive 2002/91/CE and the national Laws 10/91 (Law on the energetic efficiency), as well as the Legislative decree 311/2006 represent a real challenge for the transformation of the Italian buildings field towards a better energetic efficiency, the use of renewable energy and the reduction of CO2 emissions. In Italy, the energetic certification comes out in a reality in which houses and buildings are projected and built with inadequate isolating systems. A not isolated building consumes on average about 20-25 liters/m2 of gas oil a year, with serious economic and environmental consequences on families; while a well-isolated building consumes about 3-5 liter/m2 of gas oil, ensuring both comfort and saving. |
