What is the Energetic Certification?

The Energetic Certification assigns a Class of Consumption expressed by letters, from A to G (insert image)
As well as for the electric household appliances you can evaluate the energetic class and the consumption of your house, fromĀ  A (low consumption) to G (high consumption); furthermore the Certification provides the citizen with important information about the house he/she owes or he/she is going to live in, allowing a direct comparison among different buildings.

When you buy a house, do you ask to which class it belongs to?

Making this question to your builder will be extremely important since it will make you understand whether you are buying a quality and safe house and from whom you are buying it.
To which class should our house belong to? We get good results with the class B, very good with the class A and excellent in the A+ class (passive).

Who is responsible for drafting and showing the Energetic Certification?

Undoubtedly, the builder and the seller of the house. It is foreseen by law.
Remember, the Certification is tone of the right of the person buying the house.
